Simón Brizuela heads our Corporate Law Department whose responsibilities include ensuring that all local and foreign companies meet the requirements necessary to commence business operations in El Salvador and if necessary throughout the Central American Region.
His representation extends to both public and private companies in general corporate law, corporate finance and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, contractual matters and general business counseling. He has significant experience counseling businesses on licensing and franchising matters. Simon is also devoted to ensuring that US clients are given every opportunity to participate in and take full advantage of all CAFTA-related opportunities.
