Maximiliano Mojica (Max) heads the firm’s Litigation Department with a concentration on civil litigation, and business and corporate law. His practice also focuses on commercial transactional matters where he has significant experience helping foreign companies with their startup operations in El Salvador and throughout Central America.
Max has been involved in almost every type of commercial dispute representing large and small, domestic and international clients, involving all industry segments, who are embroiled in disputes. He also brings a specialized expertise and has had considerable success representing clients before government entities in tax and Administrative Law matters.
